There is no minimum purchase amount.

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the website.

The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge.

Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.

All goods invoiced and delivered remain the property of TGL; until payment in full has been received by Thermalplux Ghana Limited

The buyer should not however, be entitled to return the goods without prior written agreement from Thermalplux Ghana Limited

TGL will only pay the cost of freight on returns where it issues a Return Authorisation Number and where Thermalplux Ghana Limited’s designated carrier is used.

Returns / Claims will not be recognised 60 days from receipt of invoice.
